Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with the latest update. It sounds like you may be using an iPhone 8 or an older model. We’ve identified an issue affecting pulse measurements on these devices and have already submitted a fix to the App Store. The update is currently awaiting Apple’s review and is expected to be available soon. We appreciate your patience and hope this will resolve the issue for you. If you continue to experience problems after the update, please feel free to contact our support team so we can help directly.

Thank you for the feedback! You are absolutely right, our goal is to help users improve their quality of life by determining stress levels and optimal times for training. Our app does not replace medical consultations and cannot provide diagnostics with the accuracy of professional medical equipment.

So far seems like a great app
I plan on purchasing a subscription when the timing is right because this is one of the better apps. I like Welltory also. They seem very soliid. I would like to get Health Hive but they used to give you a little free information. Took it all the way and now you either pay for it and get it all or you don’t get anything. That was irritating, but I will still probably buy that sooner or later, but irritating business practice for sure. I don’t think they have anything to do with this app. I think they appeared with Heart Analyzer, which is also a good app and recommended.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm glad you like our app. The algorithms are already trained and, as far as we (and hopefully you too) can see, they are performing quite well. If we do increase the price in the future, it will only be with the introduction of significant new features (such as sleep analysis, integrations with third-party APIs like Garmin, etc.), and the price for current users will remain unchanged.
