App is hard to navigate. Not intuitive at all.
It was good until it wasn’t.
It was great until it wasn’t. App can use updates. I’ve had multiple times where I’ve tried to book classes and the gym/studio tells me they no longer use Wellhub/Gympass. Now I’m unable to book the Pilates studio I enjoy because of some IT related thing. The studio said they’ve spoken with Wellhub, Wellhub says they need to respond to an email. It’s just a mess. You might as well just eliminate Wellhub and book directly with the studio/gym you like.

Horrible
Completely incompetent chat support specialist. Have had repeated issues checking into the gym. Followed every instruction to check in correctly and still doesn’t work. Chat support specialists just repeat the same AI prompts, absolutely no help at all.
0 stars. Terrible customer service, can’t access account, etc.
I started with them around 2 months ago, and have had nothing but issue after issue. I cant login to account for my students check ins, cant get paid, cant get ahold of any support, and was ghosted by the guy who started me up after I scheduled a phone appointment. Great premise with terrible execution.
