About code

I tried to checkin gym group twice but my code doesn’t work i spoke with help centre they don’t respond very bad experience

You need to hope the app work when you check in

Check in system is buggy and customer service could only issue a refund and leave you in the gym lobby, standing there like a idiot.

Code problems

Well hub app is good but the problem is code it doesn’t work some time it happened with me few time and also the code change every single day not good .

Code is not working

The gym doesn’t let me in, they only have an AI assistant that keep repeating the same answers

Annoying app but great service

Almost every time I open the app there are pop ups about points and awards that are meaningless and annoying. I enjoy the service but wish the app would get out of the way.

Not intuitive

I don’t want to see badges or streaks, I want to reduce my radius, see more than two hours worth of class options, and see my favourited studios first. The AI bot for questions is also terrible but the human agents are good once you get to them.

Questionable Service

Be aware that there is no way talk to any customer service person for assistance.

Questionable billing practices and no customer service support # sure doesn’t make me want to give my credit card # to this questionable company.

Horrible.

Every month i’m unable to check in for classes, i then lose ALL of my classes for the month. Wellhub customer service won’t do anything about it even when i show proof. Absolutely horrible, have lost so much money using Wellhub i would not recommend to anyone. just buy the classes at the gym themself and do not use the app.

Carefull with yearly subscriptions

I’ve joined with a yearly subscription supported by employer, so shouldn’t have paid anything. Then my employer changed internal email and the app started charging me. There’s no way to update the provider in your account if your employer had changed anything. There’s no way to cancel your yearly subscripcion, so I just have to pay till the end of the year for a service I don’t even use.

Could be better

Needs to have a monthly check in quota instead of daily. That would make more sense for those who want to check in more than once a month. Needs to have adjustable search radius. They need to get rid of premium classes it doesn’t make sense. We’re paying for this.

Don’t bother

Brilliant when it’s works but this is now the second month that apparently I’ve reached my daily limit but haven’t been to the gym in two . Makes sense .. . Can’t even speak to someone to sort it as it’s always ai which do nothing to help. Waste of time

Soooooooop goooooodddddd

It was amazing I loved the swimming pool

Poor

The app is v poor - not least because I’m getting ‘sorry, didn’t see this one coming’ error messages in multiple instances eg when clicking on the app logos or in various other instances. The app then hangs and needs to be shut down and rebooted. The website isn’t much better. The result being that despite my company paying for the service for me, the service is pretty much unusable!

Can’t use for gyms

Cool idea but doesn’t work for me. I click on any local gym and get a message “sorry, didn’t see this one coming”

Stop sending us stupid badges

All I want to to get into the gym

Amazing!

Love this concept! So cool to be able to pay one price for multiple clubs! Super affordable too! I’m paying less than the cost of one membership at one club for for both me and my son for several clubs through wellhub!

Not recommended

This app gave me alot of problems when I get a code I have to wait 20min for the code to work the app is very laggy and not affective it’s a full on scam

Serves no purpose

I cannot for the life of me understand the benefit of using this app. My company got me a free membership, and this app just tells you where local gyms are. And has you log days that you worked out.

It doesn’t “give you access to gyms”. Like physical access where you can work out there. It just tells you where they are and how much a membership costs there. So dumb what a waste of money

No customer service line

Just be aware that if you ever have any issues with your subscription, you can only DM them on social media or chat online. There's no customer service line to call, very little way to get a response from a real person, and once you finally do... they still mostly send pre written automated replies.

Opaque Policies

The app doesn’t let you search for studios on a map. There are a lot of policy limitations that aren’t documented anywhere until you chat with a person, which takes a while so Reddit chats become the de facto source of truth since the Wellhub AI bot can’t seem to even locate and share answers for basic policy questions. Wellhub sounds nicer than it is. Don’t get an annual plan ever.
