Can’t Login

Can’t login, and don’t see why this is necessary for me to access my health insurance. Honestly I am debating changing my health insurance because of how aggravating everything about the service provided, including this app.

Can’t use

Just downloaded app. After entering my credentials I get check your email for a one time code. The email arrives 8 hours later and the code is expired!! Tried 3 times

Can’t login

I’ve tried in multiple occasions to login. I used my email and password that I use to login to the website that it takes you to change your password and it works. On the app it says that it does not exist. I don’t even know at this point how many times I’ve changed the password and still nothing.

Broken

This app is unusable. When you get the app, you instantly have to sign in, and it’s impossible to do so. You have to select “forgot password” ….. every time. which takes you too the website. You update the password on the website, go to sign, and it doesn’t work. It’s just a loop of frustration.
