We rolled out an app update late in the day on 10/13 and discovered there was a bug causing the app to crash on some iPhones. A fix (v2.5.2) was released on 10/22. The most current v2.5.2 resolved any issues.

Crashes more frequently, have to reset passwords - sometimes to set have passwords takes a frustrating amount of times to get one that is accepted. Understand strong password is important but even when with all requirements met throws it out over and over.
This week could not get app u to open at all, in process of deleting app and reinstalling.
When it works, easy to ck balance, transfer money between accounts and I like that it shows pending transactions.

I cannot open that app at all. Help please!!!

New features

Great upgrade from previous app, it’s more user friendly and allows for more features than the old web/mobile banking site. Still some issues here and there but overall great improvement.
