It’s great when it works
I fought to get it to read my premium membership for over a year, as a cancer patient I use this ap religiously. So when it works it gives me a lot of information, and this shows me where I need to improve my day and activities!
Limited usefulness.
If you take a beta blocker, this app will consistently show you to have a bad HRV and high stress. It has no mechanism for inputting the beta blocker, dosage, and time you take it. They are not interested in, modifying their algorithm to accommodate people like us.
Welltory says they can’t change their algorithm to give Beta blockers a place to tell Welltory’s app that information.
That is lame. Obviously this CAN be done… they just don’t want to do it.
INSTEAD, their reasons are ALWAYS off and they inaccurately scare the hell out of you by CONSTANTLY WARNING you that you are over stressed and your HRV sucks!

I downloaded this app because it advertised a 1-year trial for $1. It initially charged the $1 as expected, but then I was charged $29.99, and about a week later I was charged another $79.99 without any clear warning or explanation.
To make matters worse, I can’t even cancel the subscription. The app tells me to check my Apple subscriptions, but it isn’t listed there. The FAQ links to the website to manage billing, but when I log in it only shows a $0.00 one-time charge and no active subscription, even though I’ve been charged nearly $110. There is no clear way to stop the charges or contact someone who can actually resolve the issue.
On top of the billing problems, the health tracking isn’t accurate. The app consistently reports that my stress levels are low simply because I’m physically active. My job is extremely physically demanding, but that doesn’t mean I’m not highly stressed. The app seems to mistake physical activity for low stress, making the data unreliable and not reflective of my actual health.
The misleading trial offer, unexpected charges, impossible cancellation process, lack of billing transparency, and inaccurate health data make this app impossible for me to recommend.

Difficult to ask questions
I have been trying to get an explanation of why my health report constantly looks poor or is very variable. I can’t seem to easily ask a question about this.
Better before it prioritized profits over user utility
As someone who paid for a premium subscription for myself and a family member a couple years ago (and shared the app multiple times to friends and relatives), I was more willing to pay for an app that offered a wide range of free access and content because it was so helpful and useful.
However, the app has been increasingly removing content access and creating paywalls for previously free content. Now it’s requiring premium subscription just to use apple watch measurements even though it’s already using data and previously provided for free. No longer a fan. Just another hyper profit driven app scheme at this point. Will not be recommending and will be deleting given free version is basically defunct - the apple watch readings are what made the app great.

Satisfied with the free service, but at every step, it asks you rather taunts you with more information that's only available in the paid service. If I say I'm satisfied so far..... Then I will get the additional services when I feel it's appropriate. Stop shoving it down my throat otherwise great app! Health insights tracked by watch are pretty spot on. I'm glad I downloaded. Just wish they weren't so dang pushy!

Get ready for nonstop spamming
I paid for premium. Now, multiple times a day, they try to upsell me on some better membership. Even if you turn off notifications you have to click through several ads in the app before you get the info you paid a fair amount of money for. Wish I'd never signed up

I saw this app with Migraine Status advertised. I got the app due to severe migraines and stress. I cannot find the “migraine info” on the app. I did not pay for the app but will have if it had given me insight on how to obtain info on my migraines . Very disappointing.
Many features to improve health.
This gives insight to where I need to pay attention. Sleep for example. It’s more valuable than I realized before using the app. Using Welltory helps me see when I need to prioritize rest.
Great App!
The app does such a great way of tracking everything and giving insights on things I wasn’t aware of. The only thing I do which the app had was time breakdowns or times that are shown on certain sections like when they show you how many times you woke up, it would be nice to see around what time that was.

A well thought out app that analyses loads of information in a commonsensical way. And always improving and offering new insights!
Very helpful
I have chronic fatigue with painful flares when I overwork or have big stress. This is teaching me how to release stress and giving me a visual representation of my energy level, which makes it easier to say no when I have no energy.
