Does not sync with Fitbit

I wanted to use this so I could monitor my health and HRV but although it says it uses Fitbit data (now google health) it doesn’t so all the data is inaccurate. I subscribed to a year before I realised it was not Syncing correctly

My experience

Signed up for service after initial trial. Found the app useful for health indicators. Running health test now has locked my iPhone 17 with a Home Screen banner which if selected goes to blank screen, then reverts back to Welltory app which fails to open. Can’t contact support .

Terrrible tracking

Blood pressure analytics are terrible, if you’re in great shape, this app is not for you. Low resting heart rate will throw off all the metrics as poor. More suited for heavily overweight and out of shape people.

if you want more stress, this is for you

I was excited to try this app but here’s what I found…1) the Apple Watch app quit in the middle of a workout so it’s not usable. 2) The first thing it told me was my stress was 89%…I’m a very low stress person. I’d rate it 5%, not 89%. 3) Every push notification just takes me to the app where I left it last time, instead of to the screen that the push was about. 4) I went back and forth with their customer support to find an affordable subscription because the app only shows annual. They told me monthly is available on their web site so I did that. Then the next day I found out that they had a 40% discount on annual through Aug 4. Why did they not tell me when they knew I wanted an annual subscription? On Aug 4, I went to do that and it was gone. They told me, “Yea, we pulled it which we can do at any time.” So, yea, this app created stress by telling me that I’m stressed WAY more than I am and then created more stress with their marketing gimmicks and bait and switch. Done. Removed. Moving on.

Health

Love this program helps me stay on track

Fake?

This app gives me “data” even when the app hasn’t had access to my heart rates etc due to me not wearing my watch or carrying around my phone.

Great data

App provides a comprehensive look at activities, sleep and blood pressure analysis. The more high quality data that the app has access to, the better the analysis is. Excellent insights.

Update: something has happened to this app recently. It is nowhere near accurate in giving credit for METS and calories. I used to love it, now I’m about to delete it.

Not helpful

Information makes no sense did not add any value to me would not recommend

Very good

Still learning how to use the App, so far it’s been helpful

Confusing

Main screen shows stress at 1% “gliding into today” BUT RED liquid notifications show stress at 98% which is it stressed or not, CONFUSING

Fake app

Took my yearly membership even after cancellation

The Best

Extremely helpful and easy to use

This app is intuitive and well designed. I can see my stress and energy levels at a glance or dive deeper into the metrics.

It’s useful that they provide a meditation or breathing exercise when it alerts you of high stress! It removes the friction from simple self care.

I wish they had a referral program because I have told so many people about this!

One thing it lacks is there isn’t a good way to save or print reports. The really detailed reports are only accessible for that day (I believe) and I wish there was a way to preserve or share some information.

Overall, I really recommend this.

Cheaper Option

I love love love this app. I really do. And I’d love to be able to purchase an annual subscription but I’m currently unemployed due to lay offs and I’m a full time student. You’re only offering me annual and lifetime. Neither I can afford right now. There has to be a way to get there full benefits cheaper. Or do you people ever purchase subscriptions for you to gift people in my situation? I’m just curious. Thanks so much for

Confusing

Stress reported at 1% “gliding into today” BUT notifications & journal say stress at 98% which is it stressed or not, CONFUSING

Forced to buy yearly

The app looks interesting the free trial is fine however I want to subscribe monthly and the app gives NO option for that or it’s so difficult to navigate they trying to force you to purchase the yearly subscription. Help is absolutely no help whatsoever. I’m going to explore other options ☹️

Unlimited ad

Even though I purchased the one year membership, the life long membership ad pops up all the time and I have no way to get rid of it. It’s gross.

So confusing

This app looks amazing but I’m going to delete. I can’t make heads or tails out of it due to all the spamming. I get notices but can’t find the info. I would never pay more if I can’t use the free one. Sad.

Comprehensive and enjoyable

Puts me at ease about my health

Thanks

It helped know when I had anxiety attacks which helped me a lot
