I doubt it’s the app but the one thing I don’t like about this bank is the fact that even if your card is locked on the amount is in your account and something’s ran via card not via checking number that’s different but by card it still processes it no matter if your card is locked or anything

Trouble w/ app
Not updating automatically. I’m having to delete app and reinstall daily.
Never shows my current balance
The app frequently has an error message when trying to check my balance, shows me my balance from 6+ days ago often without updating, will not load, will not let me log in, etc
Doesn’t work
This just never works. I can’t use the app, I can’t login in through safari, I don’t have any way to know about my account. What’s going on here.
Current Issues
After recently updating our Apple devices ( end of September 2025), the app stopped functioning correctly. Reloaded apps, the usual suggestions. Nothing working.

We have been doing business with this bank for aprox 20 years. Employees are wonderful and so helpful.

We have bee customers for over 23 years and the small things that made this bank so special was the big candy cane at christmas time. New management till all this away replacing it with cheap little canes that how it all started going down . I know you are thinking that’s no big deal but customer service goes down as well not my branch in clay county but if I wanted to know Why I have to pay a fee each month The Lafayette branch said I had to have an enormous amount of money in my checking account each month I usually keep 4000.0 in between my sav and debit account. What about the free service I signed up for in the. Beginning? By the way my husband and I keep at least 8000.” Together in our accounts but separate. The lady said sorry can I help you with something else and I responded yes you can help me find a better checking account. At this time I am looking into other banks.
