Stopped working after update
App no longer working after updating to v 2.0.0. App loads but not responsive to touch.
Atrocious app
This app is genuinely terrible. It never loads. The promo codes never work, I have to ask the kind and helpful staff for a solution every time. Absolutely pointless bug ridden and shambolic app
Doesn’t work
App is painful, promotions don’t work, doughnuts which they offer free at the start aren’t even on the menu despite being available in store and paying by card is impossible as unable to click the verified button after verifying in your banking app, really poor functionality.
AVOID: Broken, useless app
The app is completely broken. Constantly freezing and nothing works, promo’s conveniently “glitch out” so you can’t use them and you can’t order anything anyway because of the constantly freezing and app crashing. Wendy’s corporate really cheaped out on this useless app, what a shame. The McDonalds app works great though 👌

App it’s frozen
When downloading it, you open it and it’s just frozen, it’s not responsive at all. Awfull app .. don’t bother downloading it
Would of been 5 but
Recently I’ve been having issues with the app for about 2 weeks promos wouldn’t work and now for another 1-2 weeks the app keeps freezing on the main screen and i cant do anything on the app (tried deleting and reinstalling which didn’t work)
Works but Promos do not
Can place orders fine but all promo codes I’ve tried do not work even if they are current and showing in the app. Pretty disappointing.
Restaurant locations
Please update your app to show Exeter as a new location.
Pointless
Shows offers but can’t even edit the toppings that are free.

Super Rubbish App
Downloaded the app, add the meal to the cart. It says ERROR! I cannot even add a meal to the cart! Super Rubbish APP!

Well I can use the app but can’t order because my local (Plymouth) ain’t there on there

This app was ok at the beginning, but I repeatedly signed me out and didn’t work well. Also the food was mediocre. Ihope you can do better Wendy’s. I expected more from this company.

Rubbish App
Offered £5 discount to use the app. The App didn’t allow me to order. Continuously getting a message saying “sorry there was an error” had to order at the counter
This app has put me off from Wendy’s again
I used to come here regularly and order via the kiosk. I tried the app for the free nuggets, only to find it doesn’t support Apple Pay and insists on storing card details. I have no confidence in the app’s security, so I’d rather not risk it. As I can’t benefit from the offers, I’ll simply take my custom elsewhere.

No Amex
Simple enough app, looks basic but usable. However, the app doesn’t accept Amex, whether via Apple Pay or directly, even though the restaurant takes it just fine. Wasted loads of time building an order, and then went to order at the screen anyway.
