Not efficient
It will not let you re-do an interview video not even once. I did not notice it was recording, and when I did, I had a brain fart and it was too late. Now I will have to keep looking for another job that hopefully doesn’t use this app.

Serious companies should avoid
This app is terrible. You will spend hours working on answering interview questions just for the app to crash and lose all your progress. When contacting support, they will not help, they will simply tell you to restart your interview on the website. If you value your time, avoid this app. And if you are an employer and looking for serious candidates, do not even consider this app.

Been trying to upload a 5 second clip for the last 15 minutes and it’s still at 0%. Then it crashes???? Fix your app
Not flexible app for iPad

Honestly , for iPad users, this app is not necessary a good one. There’s no option to choose between landscape and portrait view with the camera. It’s important because while I had about 6 questions that were written, and 3 that were recorded, and because my iPad is connected to a protective case and keyboard, the positioning and orientation of my iPad needed to be switch a couple of times. Really? Can you think of something?

This app doesn’t allow you to go back an fix any recordings so once u start it u have to be prepared an know exactly what to say or you embarrass yourself in anyway u have to deal with the consequences an u can’t go back an try an fix it it’s out in the world no reset no ability to stop or pause your video if your kids screaming in the back it’s just sends it through mistakes an all that’s not gonna be helpful for anyone with zero confidence in them selfs as is

Worst App Ever. DO NOT USE!
After answering 10 questions, it crashed!! While I reopened it, it kept crashing! Seriously, why any serious company would use this? Such a waste of time!

Interview freezing and contact form failure
It’s good to see tech used for interviews helping all the stakeholders in the process but my experience with the tool was underwhelming.
First of all the interview froze. The contact form for help was not working, it wouldn’t let me get to the send option. I tried closing and opening the app multiple times which didn’t solve the issue. Eventually I ended up turning the phone off and back on and it worked.
It’s easy to navigate for candidates and to use but support needs to be beefed up.

It got the job done, took a while to upload, like about 5 mins or so.
The video quality was so bad, and it looked like its a little desynced. My 1080 quality on my iPad looked like 400 or 720 ish on the app. Might as well have used my laptop. The sound picked up alright though if you planned on not using headphones.

Completely non functional
The app will record your interview and then fail to upload. There’s nothing you can do about it, it’s just broken. The app is an incredible waste of time and I don’t know why any reputable company would contract as terrible a firm as Wepow to do their HR work.
Crashes constantly / doesnt work
When it wasnt crashing it was skipping questions before I could answer.
Continous crashes AFTER you spend your time doing the interview
I received an interview request from a very important company, after spend my time in the interview, the app tried to upload the videos and the crashed. Tried twice and contacted app support.
Support closed the cased saying to try the interview from a computer, so what they have this piece of ( ) here?. My ipad has 64gb and if barelly filled. So this is a crappy app, avoid you waisting your profesional time using this. Use a PC or Mac. and Apple please remove this useless application.
And developers, there's still market to make a new calculator or a childreen's book.
