Your site provides great information about the background of each dog. If I could make a suggestion, however, could you please list the current age and pounds of the dog?

App is very difficult to use. Then when you apply searches, it gives you dogs that are hundreds of miles away when you ask for within 100 miles what. What a waste cancel my subscription right away.
Plus they keep charging you even when you opt out. They are CROOKS of the lowest sort!

Can’t get logged in
Hello! I created an account and paid through Apple, but cannot log in except through email. There is no customer support available through the app or the website.
Terrible
No listings or at least barely any. Also, how do I unsubscribe from your premium? It isn’t worth it.
A terrible app to find a pet
Requiring an account to search for pets is simultaneously appalling and laughable. From one software engineer to another, you are a joke at your profession.
Too little too late
Every dog I tried to look at had already been adopted. The listings are not updated promptly. Waste of time.

I’m sorry to say but this is a dead end site if you’re looking to adopt a pet. Very disappointing to have spend our time filling out requests over 5 days, and not even one email or call back of acknowledgment.
No body ever picks up the phone and writing an email goes to no where. This app will be deleted and never again. Such a disrespect of peoples time when you’re offering a kind gesture.
It just seems as everything now in life, if you pay for a “VIP” service, you will get treated with interest.

Doggies
My goodness there are so many dogs that need homes. I wish that there were more smaller ones in the picture section because they’re the kinds that I can handle for my size. I hope they all find their forever homes. I also like the learn section because I found that those tips for when you bring your pet home to be helpful.

8/2021 - Still an awful app! Requires signing up for an account to browse adoptable pets. Prob still tons of outdated info too.
Looking for dogs, the top results were “available 3/2019,” — more than 9 months ago, with descriptions that say “Adopt ASAP, in danger of euthanization.” LAME! If all you are is a platform with no way to ensure provider info is up to date and dogs that show up are actually still adoptable - let alone ALIVE - shame on you. Junk app.
