App is Poor Reflection of Website
No FaceId, no access to insurance card (downloads a PDF), Doesn’t stay logged in. Mostly useless.
Can’t set up
Can’t get past entering policy number says loading but the screen goes white and loading symbol goes away - hangs up and can”t go back

This app needs some serious work. When logging in it asks you if you want to save your login but it doesn’t actually do that. You always have to re-enter your email and password every single time. At the very least remember the email address entered and require the password or support FaceID. The email field also doesn’t support prefilling from password managers so you have to manually type it in everytime which is a pain. Get to work devs!

The recent updates to the app are great! Much more modern and easy to use. Thanks!
November 2025 Update
The app is still mediocre, no features that every other company offers (Apple Wallet, Safe Driving Rewards) it’s just like an updated version of the prior app. Disappointing
