App is Poor Reflection of Website
No FaceId, no access to insurance card (downloads a PDF), Doesn’t stay logged in. Mostly useless.
Can’t set up
Can’t get past entering policy number says loading but the screen goes white and loading symbol goes away - hangs up and can”t go back
Please improve!
This app needs some serious work. When logging in it asks you if you want to save your login but it doesn’t actually do that. You always have to re-enter your email and password every single time. At the very least remember the email address entered and require the password or support FaceID. The email field also doesn’t support prefilling from password managers so you have to manually type it in everytime which is a pain. Get to work devs!

The app is still mediocre, no features that every other company offers (Apple Wallet, Safe Driving Rewards) it’s just like an updated version of the prior app. Disappointing

The app is subpar, if Acuity can have a better app than West Bend that’s an issue. I hated Acuity but their app was far better than West Bend’s. Please remodel and add key features. Keeping up with the big insurer’s tech is very important.

Awesome App
This app is perfect! I can see all my my car id cards and review my policy! West Bend is such a great company and I will forever keep my insurance with them due to their great products and amazing customer service. Every other carrier is subpar to West Bend in my opinion.
Easy to use
The app was easy to setup, just needed my policy number and then it took 2 minutes to create an account. Can see my auto Id cards and coverage on my home.
Not a belt to access account
Gives a red box prompt to activate user, but nothing happens. Horrible functionality with this app.
Frustrating
This app is impossible to work with and convey what really happened in submitting a claim. In fact it wouldn’t even submit it after going through the process a couple times. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t work
I login and it just goes to a white screen. Doesn’t matter how long I wait nothing comes up. It’d be better if they just didn’t have the app. It’s a giant let down.
Not good 1st impression
Just moved from GEICO who’s app worked well. I created an account but never got verification email (checked spam). Tried to log in but couldn’t. Then later in the day the app let me in but I just get a white screen. Have closed and deleted app but nothing fixes the white screen. Tried tech support link in App Store but took me WB homepage.

Can’t Register Due To Inoperable Birth date on iOS
Downloaded the app and went to register an account but it’s impossible to enter my birth date. Only gives today’s date as an option and can’t proceed.
Loading documents takes forever
Not all documents are available and it takes forever to load. These seem to be the key things you’d need the app for.

Doesn’t work!
Won’t open with known password. “Forgot password” link doesn’t deliver an email as promised. Failed at most basic level of support.
