Bad experiences

I have had dealt with very rude people while trying to resolve my banking issues. I was lectured and accused and threatened that i would lose banking privileges because I was being charged without my permission and requesting to stop payment.

I filed a dispute in November 2022 that was not properly resolved until February 2023.

The manager at the location I go to is rude.

Overall , the employees and management of Western Heritage need to be trained on how to handle situations properly and more importantly how to provide customer service to the best of their ability.

Because of my issues with this bank , I’m highly considering moving to a new bank that will not treat me less than I deserve.

I have had some good experiences but the bad outweigh the good.
