Not user friendly
App is not user friendly. Very behind compared to others. So many glitches and issues.
Absolutely awful
This app barely works... I think it was developed by a 3 year old. Do better.
Don’t waste your time
This app is broken and you can’t select your payment method. It defaults to western pizza balance with no option to change it which makes this app useless.
Terrible
Terrible, terrible, terrible app. Placed my last order just to clean the balance off my account, just so I don’t have to order from this app ever again.
Awful experience
Who designed this app? It is truly terrible! I ended up entering a bunch of my info 3 times: once in the app, once on the website the app opens, then once more when the cache was cleared after I went back to the app to double check that I had entered my credit card, because paying by the credit card I had entered was not an available option for payment! Why do you take my credit card info? Wrong estimated delivery time. The app is exclusively to mine data, it seems. Food is ok but this app would have been a bad app ten years ago. Now, I’m deleting it immediately!
