Too many bugs, can’t even mobile check-in, links don’t work, this app has been a disaster for years.

I like the new refresh they did on their app. Makes it easier to navigate the resorts

Nicer graphics, too bad broken links are still present. Such as ‘Owner Tips’.

Not a Good App
This app is terrible. If it ever loads, you still get booted out after trying to look at almost anything inside of it. Unfortunately the app is about as good as their marketing and sales.
Crashes constantly!!
We just became owners and were excited to look through the app and do all our payment/account info there but every single time I click on “my stay” or “my account” it immediately crashes!! So annoying!! Hope the website itself works! It appears these issues have been ongoing for years per the reviews! They’ve have plenty of time to fix the app!

Every time I click on view details of my stat the app shuts off.
Worthless app
I just want to confirm an iminent reservation and find out about the late check in procedure.
I don’t want a bunch of commercials and I am tired of always having to search through worthless stuff to find what I need.

App keeps crashing
I am no longer able to use the app as it constantly crashes. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. As soon as I click on my reservation, the App will crash again.
Crashes frequently
As an owner, I have used this app since its inception. Even with the update it crashes frequently The design of the app and flow are convoluted. This is NOT user friendly. It NEEDS to be completely revamped by a better developer. Look at the ratings vs similar businesses.

QR code missing on my app
My concierge was very quick to let me know that I am supposed to have a QR code in the top corner of my app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It didn't show up.
Biometrics and PIN don’t work!
Worst app for handling authentication. Every time I opened the app to use it, I have to login each time with username and password. Forget the biometrics and PIN, they don’t work. It still prompts to login with username and password.
Buggy
The app is useless at this point everything you click gives an error message. Then when you click on your account information the app just closes.
Not user friendly
I did a chat to figure out how to order pizza on site. Was told I could do it within my stay on the app. So I downloaded it. But there is no option for ordering, unless it just won’t load because the wifi here is sooo bad. 30minutes later we drove over to order and will go back to pick it up. Next time we will eat off resort. Just as easy.
