Devices malfunctioning
I have one of the smart plugs, and whenever my device disconnects from the WIFI network (often due to poor connection at certain times of day), my plug will repeatedly turn on and off for up to 5 minutes. Really annoying and no other way to end this loop than physically unplugging the device. This is really annoying (and lowk scary at night because why tf are my lights seizing out) - a refund would be nice 😁

What a find
I can’t recall when or how I acquired these units, 4 in all and I must say that they made the holidays so much simpler with their timer feature. They were easy to pair and easy to program. I don’t know how secure the wifi connection is and since I only use them for Christmas lighting, I don’t see this as a big issue. Overall, I think they’re great.

Ok, but!
Edit: (oct 7th 2024) there is a slight issue with the timer… if you use the “inching” feature it actually interferes with the “scheduled” timer - for example i have mine set to turn on at 2am & turn off at 6:30am to charge my phone while sleeping…
but during the day i had another device that needed a charge while i did some errands so set the “inching” feature for 30 minutes & it worked great — device got the charge it needed & the plug turned off…. Well here is the issue - later when the over night schedule turned on - it turned OFF 30 minutes later… not getting the full time.
In my opinion this feature needs to have a firmware update so that it work properly as to NOT interfere with such schedules

This app works wonderfully , I have one of the smart plugs set up with the timer to turn on EVERY night around 2am & off at 6am… just so my iPhone can charge each night & slowly it gets use to that time so the BatteryOptimization settings will get use to it - saving battery life (I probably can adjust it down another 2 hours in future)
HERE is the BUT: I don’t like how there is NO options to delete the “switch log” - or even having a way to disable the “switch log” from even being saved in the first place… personally I would prefer it to not save that - as there really is no reason for it.

Device is useless
Outdoor Smart Plug will not connect to wifi, keeps getting the timeout error. Waste of time and money.
Cannot get set up
My husband tried several times and I tried several times. Neither of us can get this to connect! We have both connected numerous devices to Bluetooth on our iPhones. This one will not connect. It was a complete waste of money!
