With this new update it takes forever for my account to show. Have to keep refreshing and sometimes it’s says error can’t receive information.
I can’t deposit checks
All it keeps saying is full screen is required

Eh intentado hacer un pago con mi tarjeta de atm y poder realizar los pagos por la aplicación sale una leyenda que estoy restringido. Cuál es el motivo si pudiera cancelar mi crédito con su banco lo haría me piden indentificacion para hacer un pago de en efectivo. Que loco.

Awesome Credit Union
I opened my account when I moved to Idaho. They have advised me on the many options the bank has and have answered any question no matter how silly it seemed with a smile… when I moved out of Idaho I kept this credit union active. I just couldn’t close the account. I moved back to Idaho and I am so happy I stayed with them. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone who needs a bank. Thank you Westmark Credit Union for your professionalism, caring about the little guy/gal, always with smiles on your faces, and great phone assistance. In the middle of doing something else, this app will force you to do a review. It will completely interrupt everything else you are doing. I recommend a different bank.
Monthly statements review
I wish you would go back to the old statements. The new ones don’t give you a place to balance your checkbook. I give the new statements a 1!

It was a little hard to navigate at first. Im guessing I still don’t have all of it but I love the bank so much I’m willing to be patient enough to learn it! ❤️

Westmark Review
I don’t like that I can’t put extra money in my Visa account anymore. I always get charged extra pennies for interest. I don’t always get into bank the same day the charge shows up on my account. I don’t think that is right. It’s good for Westmark, but not the customer.
My checks
The checks I received are very poor quality. I can’t take a picture to pay a bill. They aren’t readable.
