planned obsolescence?
I don’t know what’s going on, but this app seems to get worse and less functional with every update.
Once you’re actually inside the app—if you can get in without a cycle of login issues—i can observe no changes whatsoever. So what exactly is being updated? Because from the user side, it feels like the changes are focused on the login process, and not in a good way.
Who remembers their password after setting up Face ID or biometric login? That’s the whole point. But now Face ID regularly fails, forcing you to scramble for your password anyway. Then when you log out, the app throws another Face ID-related error, almost like it’s trying to log you back in automatically.
Even worse, I often have to attempt Face ID multiple times before it works—if it works at all. I’ve had more success just closing and reopening the app than relying on the features it’s supposed to provide.
At this point, it feels like each forced update adds friction instead of fixing anything. A banking app should be one of the most stable, reliable tools people use—not something that becomes more cumbersome over time.
This app worked smoothly when I first downloaded it about a year and a half ago. Since then, it’s been a steady decline.
Please take a serious look at usability and reliability. Right now, this isn’t meeting a basic standard for something people depend on daily.

Literally the worst banking app ever
Do not use this bank. Take all of your money out of the account and go to ICCU.
Works well, wish it was better
I love using my app, I hate that after a certain amount of time of not logging in I have to put in my user name and it doesn’t save it. I also wish the app had a widget I can put on my phone like other banks and credit card companies like Chime and Capital One where I can at a quick glance see my balances and such. Outside of convenience issues with widgets and logging in, it works well with giving me what I need. Otherwise cosmetically the app could use a dark mode in the app

Ughh
I like my bank, the people are nice, it’s a fairly normal bank, but this app is the most stupid, dumb, thing ever. Every time I try to log in to check my balance, it makes me verify with a code in my email. Bruh. It takes so much time, especially when i’m out and about. And It’s frustrating. Face ID does ever work. Stupid stupid app.

Won’t open on IPhone
Half the time when I try to open the app it just shows a blank grey screen. When I call to ask they just recommend trying to delete it and redownload it. Otherwise I wait for roughly 30 minutes and it will finally open. Inconvenient when you need to check your balance while out and about.
