Like your app, but…

Update April 23, 2026 - We now have a Skip Button to get you to your stretches faster! Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for stretching with us 6 days a week. That consistency is amazing, and we truly appreciate you being part of the WeStretch community. We hear you. The gamified features are meant to motivate, not frustrate or distract. I completely understand how the streak saver prompt could feel unnecessary when you're already showing up consistently. I’ve forwarded your feedback to our team so we can look at options for improving this experience, including ways to reduce or opt out of certain gamification elements. Thank you again for taking the time to share this with us, it genuinely helps us make the app better. 🙏
Keeps charging me after canceling !
despite being cancelled.
Response from developer
We’re really sorry to hear this has been your experience — that certainly shouldn’t happen. WeStretch does not have the ability to charge anyone directly after cancellation. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the platform where they were started: • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancellations and billing are handled directly in your Apple ID settings. • If you signed up on our website, billing is managed inside your WeStretch account on westretch.ca. Because of this, we’re unable to initiate charges independently once a subscription is canceled on the correct platform. We’d truly like to help get this sorted. Please reach out to us at support@westretch.ca with the email used to sign up, and we’ll investigate immediately. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
NOT for injured People
So irresponsible! DONT MARKET YOURSELF FOR AN INJURED DEMOGRAPHIC IF YOU CANT MEET THEIR NEEDS RESPONSIBLY AND ETHICALLY!!!
Response from developer
Hi there. Thank you for sharing this experience. We’re truly sorry this left you feeling upset and unsafe. That’s never the outcome we want for anyone using WeStretch. WeStretch includes pain-relief routines and advanced filtering options, allowing users to remove specific poses, movements, and joints from their routines. (ie SHUT OFF KNEE, NO FLOOR, NO LUNGE..etc) We never want someone recovering from an injury to feel pushed into a movement that doesn’t feel appropriate for their body. Stretching and rehabilitation should always be done within personal comfort levels, and we strongly encourage users with injuries to consult their doctor or healthcare professional before starting or continuing any exercise program. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to review what happened and help directly. Please reach out to us at team@westretch.ca so we can look at your settings. The WeStretch Team
