Poor customer support
I have an arranged auto payment each month. WestStar continues to send me a late notice despite no payment has been late. This is a ridiculous policy. The company sends out countless mail costing the company(ultimately customers) money. Also, it is a continual bother tempting me to immediately trash all WestStar mail!!

Seems like the app has good days and bad days. It was extremely laggy logging in
Logging issue every month
I think user password gets reset or removed in their database somehow. I have password saved in my phone, however, they show incorrect password messages every time I tried to login. You can set a new password every month. Worst system I have ever seen. Don’t hire cheap developers to build something.

Hit or miss
Works great sometimes then at times I can’t log in, or it will never load into main page after password. Then I have to log into my account on laptop. Otherwise great!
Difficult
It was so difficult to login. Then I had to download the app and it went on for about 15 mins before I could be logged on just to give a payment.
Was great, but doesn’t work now
I used to use this app every month to make payments on my mortgage and it was very easy because of the secure login and not needing to verify authentication every time I used it. However, it now doesn’t even let me log in at all! I just receive a faded loading screen and the app can sit there like that for hours! Please fix this app!

Semi functional
If you enable the convenience of facial recognition for authentication, login doesn’t work. The verification screen doesn’t stay visible long enough to choose which method to use, and entry for verification doesn’t appear.
Not functional
App is not functional. Hasn’t been updated in 8 months and screen just spins before I can even select MFA. I have been going through the web version.
Logging in
The app is great if it lets you log in. I always have this issue with it. It’ll recognize my face and it will go to the next screen to log in but it never does. It just loads and that’s it. Usually I’ll log in the next day and it’ll let me. Even closing the app completely doesn’t help.
Inconsistent
App does not let you login it goes into a loop where you can not reach verification and then just spins. I have delete app and redownload which is not helpful

I have rarely had a positive experience with this app and now I can’t even log into my account with it. It just buffers and never does anything.
Good till it wouldn’t let you log in
Worked until it stopped letting you log in. Do an update or something. It does the Face ID and then the little circle just spins. Here’s an idea, don’t launch an app unless you plan to maintain it.

It’s a bad system they have in place for payments. I’ve had my mortgage transfer to a couple different company’s but this one is just bad to put it simply… a joke. Keep using bots to keeps your reviews up I don’t know how you have a 4 stars.

Horrible
I enrolled in the autopay back in October of 2023. My payment had yet to be in auto pay. This has caused miss payments and massive frustrations.
Partial payments
No way to post partial payments towards your full payment for the cycles. Only allows to post additional principal and additional escrow if you wish to pay ahead.
The staff has to be emailed how to post payments and it takes a few days to post.
