This is a bank to avoid. They will keep your money without ever telling you the reasons why they kept the money. The worst, the money will not even be available in the account. While the transfer is received. they will never send you your money or return it to the sender. They do not respond to emails. It is a disaster

Very poor

I’ve had a western card for years. Used it a lot and loved it as we are abroad a lot
They suddenly stopped it july 17th saying I need to upgrade. But won’t accept my I.d
Pending transfers all lost.
Customer services never answer or sort anything

Complete let down
Not recommended!!!!

Hello! In rare cases, the check is performed manually, usually it takes from 1 to 3 business days, but in May we had a huge flow of clients, so the check was delayed, we apologize.

Non funziona app

Dopo aver effettuato diversi aggiornamenti dell app il problema è rimasto lo stesso, una volta aperta la pagina principale l’app si chiude. Il problema persiste per circa un mese.

Scam be careful

I created an account and asked for a credit card, they charged me 5€ but I never received the card!
So I used the virtual card!
Suddenly, they've blocked my money and refuse to give it back! They've been asking me for documents and selfies for over a month and they're still charging me account fees and taking the piss out of me! I had to send them 8 photos and each time they ask me for a new selfie and refuse to refund my money!
What a rip-off! Avoid this application

Hello! We do not have credit cards, we only have debit cards, in addition, we do not have a 5 Euro fee for receiving a card, all virtual cards are free. WS may refuse service in accordance with the EU policy on financial restrictions to NON-EU residents only if it is revealed that they have legitimate rights to reside in EU countries.

I do not recommend WestStein. Since November, I received a transfer which was blocked at the reception. I could not use the funds, they do not want to return to the sender. I answered all their questions and provided all the requested documents. I don't understand what they want to do with my funds. they have been making me believe for 5 months that they have been waiting for their card issuer PFS CARD SERVICES IRELAND LIMITED. Every month, there are unknown withdrawals that are made with different amounts. I believe the 2 institutions are legal thieves who use their power to gently take money from certain customers who are unable to make themselves heard.

Eigentlich bisher zufrieden

Ich bin nun seit einem Jahr zufriedener Kunde GEWESEN. Seit dem 02.05.2019 ist mein Konto nur noch für eingehende Zahlung offen. Keine Benachrichtigung, keine Antwort auf meine Mail.
