App shows no chargers
Opened up the app to charge. Shows no chargers anywhere no matter what search settings I use.
This is the worst of 12 apps I have
This is just pile of bugs. Latest was on scanning of qr: middleware: no authorisation header.

App won’t send verification email.
Logging out
What is the point of constantly logging users out? Do you believe our phone and ID will be stolen for the purpose of charging another vehicle? App like Wevolt make me regret buying an EV.

Loved how easy the app was to use!!
So far so bad
First attempt at using one of their chargers. It’s lighting up but it’s not charging. Status information in the app is ambiguous at best. Help service is a frickin’ email.

Tried create login. The email verification code never arrived
It’s not great
It opens up settings every time it launches. It requires a password that doesn’t get saved rather than easy Face ID.
No idea why it needs a password at all.
And worst of all the chargers read about 10% higher than the actual power delivered.
Apparently I put in 7 kw more than battery can hold today.
What a joke.
For charger that aren’t cheap or fast I expect better

Cannot create an account as the email verification code is never sent.
Latest update ruins app
I don’t understand why you would update the app to remove handy features. I used to be able to see when my local charger was in use or when it was available. Not anymore. Please don’t update the app to take things away.
