I could never get the camera to connect at all. I’ve tried. I’ve tried. I’ve tried and nothing. It’s unfortunate cause now I have four useless cameras.

Would give it a zero if available 😞I have had this camera for a few months and it is horrible I have sent in messages asking for help an no one ever reaches back out to me. I wish I never purchased this device! I log on to see activity in my home and I get a constant spinning wheel saying to restart my device then after doing that a milky times it tell me I have to remove device and reset it up!!!!! I have done that a billion times and still nothing and setting the time zone is a joke
