This camera is not connecting to my WiFi after being disconnected for a couple months, it just won’t reconnect anymore.

I could never get the camera to connect at all. I’ve tried. I’ve tried. I’ve tried and nothing. It’s unfortunate cause now I have four useless cameras.

Would give it a zero if available 😞I have had this camera for a few months and it is horrible I have sent in messages asking for help an no one ever reaches back out to me. I wish I never purchased this device! I log on to see activity in my home and I get a constant spinning wheel saying to restart my device then after doing that a milky times it tell me I have to remove device and reset it up!!!!! I have done that a billion times and still nothing and setting the time zone is a joke

This camera is horrible constantly have to reload and reset never work freezes I wish I never got this

The cameras didn’t work like they were advertised. Online - offline, no notifications. Wasn’t happy at all. Returned!
Doesn't work as expected
This camera was supposed to record videos when it detected motion and it never did that. I bought the subscription and they only charged my card TWICE but never uploaded any videos to my cloud. I ended up returning this camera to the store and requesting a refund.
