stopped working
after i login it has just become stuck on the “you’re amazing” loading screen, but the logo isn’t even loading, there’s just the “?” for the missing asset. it’s been like this for a week now and after redownloading too
App broken, forced to use Safari instead
App worked on Tuesday, broken since Wednesday. Tried updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling multiple times since. All I see is a logo-less "You are amazing" loading screen.
Doesn’t work anymore
Used to be great, now it doesn’t load even if I restart my phone or even reinstall.
Apps needs work
This app sometimes doesn’t show that you clicked in, it’s very slow to that. And now it’s not showing any one my shift times past and present, logged out, killed app, nothing.
It’s been slow to show your clock in times for years, please fix it, I’m just now writing review. UKG was always quick.

Can’t access the app . Why can I only use the app when it feels like opening. It’s crazy that I can’t even see my schedule
Can we update this app?
I only log on to get my tm ID and to check the schedule. But this app always crashed. After I checked the schedule and logged out, I never could log back in right away, I would have to either restart my phone, or wait until the next day to log back in. One day I was showing the new team member about the app and what they could do with it. It was so embarrassing that the app didn’t work when I was showing them. The kronos kept showing 403 forbidden… it’s been like this for years!

What a joke of an app! Schedule and clock-ins/outs don’t ever update correctly

App not loading
Every time I try to see my schedule I’m either logged out for what ever reason or it is flat out not loading up the bugs need to get fixed i world greatly appreciate it
Terrible
Having issues seeing my schedule . I was told to delete and try again well now it won’t allow me to get the App without credit card info but it refuses the current one I guess because of the low balance currently on it. This is pure garbage.
Bugs with timekeeping
There are lots of bugs with timekeeping that need fixing. Also, showing actual hours worked plus remaining projected is very much missed from the last version of Innerview.
Please fix the app, for picking up shifts!
There were no problems at all picking up shifts before. With this new update there are problems everywhere. Messages include: Claim shift failed, Unsuccessful attempt, Something went wrong, Error code 500, and there are also very long loading times, very long pending times, etc. It’s been like this for weeks now. Please fix this.

I hate the latest update
I have to log in every time I want into the app and now shift drops are horrendous for me. Please revert the scheduling and shift drops back to the previous version. It has become incredibly difficult to use when shifts drop and I lose out on slots because of the delays, and errors I consistently receive.

New update is terrible
I have to login EVERY. TIME. The schedule screen is slightly off and can’t scroll. The view more button is obstructed my the lower task bar.

Doesn’t Work
The app freezes and does not let you scroll or resize the page. Therefore, you can’t see past where it cuts off information. Even worse, you can’t access the website as a temporary fix as it just directs you to download an app that doesn’t work. I’m on iOS. When I was on a stupid Microsoft garbage box at the office, the website worked there. Please fix iOS app.

Requesting time off and apple wallet for discount card
It’s a great app to check your schedule and for your discount card but I think the app should have a request off feature for people to request off easier and be able to see if they get the day off. Second I think you should be able to sync you’re schedule to you’re personal calendar to see you’re schedule easier without going into the app. Lastly be able to put you’re discount card into apple wallet

App is practically useless
Every other button press locks the screen to the point that I need to reset the app. I thought I was behind on an update, but that is apparently not the case.
