Counterfeit items
I have reported what I believe to be counterfeit items sold on this platform and provided clear comparison photographs highlighting the differences. Despite this, I received the following response from Trust & Safety:
“Our team carefully examined your item, and we were unable to reach a definitive conclusion based on our review. Unfortunately, the authentication of items is not always straightforward.”
This response is deeply concerning. If clear photographic evidence is not sufficient to trigger a meaningful investigation or protective action, it leaves buyers with very little confidence in the platform’s ability to safeguard them against counterfeit goods.
Based on my experience, I would advise exercising extreme caution when purchasing high value branded products on this app. I no longer have confidence that genuine concerns about authenticity will be investigated or resolved appropriately.

My shaving machine was broken
I done baught two items and both were broken
No prebid cancellation!
Lovely app,however there is no prebid cancellation button. It’s really troublesome and by writing this review,I’m hoping this will change.
