Buyers on what
Beware of sellers false descriptions and MRSP; it’s hard to know what’s authentic or lying about an item to feel your getting a deal but your not. It’s very hard to get a refund.

“Buyers Protection” what a lie
They’ll tell you that if an item is fake, or not in the condition you were told, that it’s 100% guaranteed to refund you because they protect their buyers. What a load of lies! I’ve spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of orders and in all of that had three returns for fake items. They let the sellers continue to sell fakes even when multiple people report them. So when I requested a refund (and to actually return the item) they denied me because I had “too many refunds”. There is literal video proof of the seller lying to make sells and they don’t care. Seller is still there selling lies with no consequences. If you’re gonna buy on this app just know the buyers protection isn’t a safety net for you to trust this app and basically don’t buy anything luxury, any perfume, any shoes….because you’re not protected.

Horrible customer service
The shipping prices are too high compared to Depop and other resale sites. Then when usps looses your mail you are unlikely to get a refund! Whatnot do better
