Bon Site d enchere un peu addictif beaucoup de marchandise d anciennes collection pour les vêtements, chaussures et quelques pépites sur l outillage parfums et colis perdus mais il faut beaucoup de patience pour trouver les bons articles…. Attention bien comparer les prix avec les autres sites marchands on ne fait pas toujours des affaires

Whatnot c’est un monde à part. Trop de vendeurs malhonnêtes et d’acheteurs naïfs. Beaucoup de contrefaçons, personne n’est capable de s’en rendre compte, mais si quelqu’un le faire remarquer alors les gens vont se battre dans les commentaires sur les lives pour soutenir le vendeur, sans raison valable. Et évidemment finir par acheter du faux et même mettre des avis 5 étoiles. C’est du grand délire cette appli. Les vendeurs ne savent pas ce qu’ils vendent, ne reconnaissent par leurs fautes même face aux preuves. Et pour finir Whatnot avantage les vendeurs sans chercher à faire ce qui est juste. Le seul but est faire du chiffre et donc prendre des commissions, même si ça veut dire laisser faire. J’ai eu des problèmes avec la moitié de mes commandes... Application chronophage et addictive, à éviter. Vous finissez vite par acheter des produits dont vous n’avez même pas besoin, pour le "fun".

Be careful of counterfeit products
I recently bought a Stanley 40oz mug and it is definitely a counterfeit. It’s very nicely made, but the illustrations are in gibberish. The box itself is very convincing as well. Whatnot needs to step up policing how product are represented and compensate buyers who get ripped off.

Dumb app. This happened when I simply put my address and I tried to appeal and they reject it for no reason as well, I can’t even make another account. Stupidity

it’s ok but unfortunately alot sellers on the app send out things that are not right and when you have to report that it can also affect your account which i find frustrating as a constant buyer ! but the app is needs to protect its buyers a bit better and really needs to improve that !

Very impressed with customer service. I’m a first time user and I messaged them because I forgot to switch to local pickup instead of shipping and was wondering if I could change it to pickup instead. They got back with me less than 10 min and changed it to pickup and was also able to give me a refund on my shipping!
