I’m from USA, trying to use this app to top up my prepaid Cosmote line
This app is a disaster. Don’t try to use it, it’s completely useless. It says it takes PayPal as payments, I tried paying from 2 different PayPal accounts—says “failed” every time. I tried paying with 2 different Visa cards, also fails every time. The only other way you can truly pay for the phone line is if you sign up for the Magenta Pay App, which makes you register with the government and go through a whole 2-3 day identity registration process and disclose your financial information. Absolute garbage of a service…i don’t usually leave reviews for any apps, but this app really deserves this negative review.

English only User ( Tad confusing )
Purchased a data sim for the holidays worked well. Had it activated in store. Kids used it up. Top up was a tad confusing. Need to buy tokens in order to be able to activate a package,

Foreign credit cards don’t work
Very bad chat bot support, foreign credits cards one day working one they don’t, and the app doesn’t show the same offers to me and my family.

Συνέχεια κρασαρει μετά τα τελευταία updates, τους τελευταίους μήνες. Με έκανε log out και δε μπορώ να ξανακάνω log in. Και χωρίς να σου λέει ποιο ακριβώς είναι το πρόβλημα, απλώς «χμ, κάτι δεν πήγε καλά». Περιμένω το επόμενο update κι ελπίζω…

Ακριβές χρεώσεις
Απαράδεκτο, πρώτη φορά το παθαίνω με αυτήν την εταιρία έβαλα 20 ευρώ κάρτα για να έχω δεδομένα για την ζώνη 2, και μου χρέωσαν 10 ευρώ σε μια μέρα για λίγα μηνύματα. Όταν πήρα να επικοινωνήσω ο πρώτος εκπρόσωπος έκλεισε την γραμμή και δεν με κάλεσε ξανά πίσω. Η δεύτερη εκπρόσωπος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και μου είπε θα μου βάλει δώρο κάποια data για να μπορέσω να έχω χάρτη, αλλά τελικά δεν μπήκαν, θα κάνω το ταξίδι χωρίς χάρτη εξ αιτίας της εταιρίας. Εννοείται από την δεύτερη εκπρόσωπο δεν έχω παράπονο από την εξυπηρέτηση της, αλλά το πρόβλημα μου δεν λύθηκε.

Way too clunky
The interface has a whole bunch of items thrown helter skelter on screen, without any segmentation and separation of items that are commercials, items that are for the user to use, items that are for a user’s information and so on. (A teenager’s room after a party would be more tidy.) A thorough redesign is needed that separates things and explains whether an item is 1. a button to press on, 2. an information piece to the user, 3. a commercial.

Very difficult to renew programs…
this is the worst app ever for someone from abroad that does not understand how things work. Chat room is worthless as well as having to call support and being asked to pay money? For service? Ridiculous. And then I paid 15 euro for a program that costs 13,50 and it told me I do not have enough money???? What??? No support whatsoever. Very disappointed overall 1 point

Δεν ειναι ξεκαθαρο τι ακριβως εχω. Θα επρεπε να υπαρχει καποιο feature που λεει εχετε διαθεσιμα τοσα λεπτα, τοσα δεδομενα κλπ. Δεν ειναι ξεκαθαρο για καποιον που χρησιμοποιεί το app για πρωτη φορα.

Abusive price for EU
As a European student tourist with a Greek citizenship I find the price a little expensive compared to my country but I have the benefit of summer offer.
I’m very worried about the Greek, who much do they have to pay for a normal 100go, unlimited call and sms plan ? I don’t think that they can have something for less of 30€. In many country of the Europe this plan is between 10 and 15€. What happen to the money ? In my country the salaries are the double of here and I pay 10€ for an unlimited data offer.
How they can force you to put 13€ every month and you don’t have any data (2 go is nothing), if the money is not enough you have to add another 13€. When it will be possible to pay what people really need without to think about provision ?
You are only 3 phone provider with few MNVO. But I hope that the European Council will force you to sell normal price to NVMO and they will break your cartel.

For years Cosmote has been promising to provide the app in English. Nothin just promises. Vodafone offers instructions now. Goodbye Cosmote
