Still waiting for my money.

I did a $25 withdraw on July 12 2026, my bank was under maintenance so the money was sent back to wheel of fortune casino, I have emails and screenshot proof I’m owed this money and that it was being added to my WOF account days ago and still I wait. I’ve emailed many many times and keep being told it’s gong to added to my account yet as of today July 14 2026 it has not been. Very disappointed with how the customer service is. And there is no toll free phone number to call for help with this issue.

Feb 3:
This casino took my money in seconds but immediately locked me out of play.

Update Feb 4th: support told me yesterday they would escalate my concern to get me a refund. Today when I try to log in my account suddenly “doesn’t exist”.
