I wrote a review a year ago and it’s not there! Basically they treat their drivers like dogs and nobody works for them because they like just because have to pay for car running costs. They enforce drivers to wear their ridiculous brand accessaries to try to give the impression like it’s their cars and drivers. They are nothing more uber drivers in suit. Just go to local smaller chauffeur companies.

Very disappointing experience
I have been using Wheely for quite some time and was always very satisfied with the service. I chose Wheely specifically because it presents itself as a premium, luxury platform.
Unfortunately, today I had a shocking experience with one of the drivers. While my French bulldog was about to enter the car, the driver suddenly closed the door and refused to let her in. Even worse, my dog’s head was still between the door and the car when he closed it, causing her pain and distress.
This was extremely upsetting to witness and completely unacceptable. Regardless of any pet policy, this is a serious safety issue and shows a lack of basic awareness and proper training.
This incident does not reflect the luxury service Wheely advertises. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves driver training and accountability.
