Awful User Experience
One of the worst apps I have used in my life, it is incredibly stupid that they have “pre-selections” but don’t actually select anything. I threw $10 because the image on those won’t select anything vegetables, cheeses, etc. it is just stupid

Bad app, bad technology
Sandwichs are good, but the app is not usable. Matter fact anything technology related is worthless from this company. This Apple app doesn’t work, their cash registers don’t work, and their gift cards are a rip off. I bought a gift card a few days ago. I could not load the gift card to this application and their payment system could not process it in store. Customer service was not existent. Do not answer calls and do not reply to emails.

Very thorough ordering, but something’s wrong..
Tried to place an order multiple times (at different times) and I kept getting a message that the store wasn’t open. Drove over and ordered in person. 🤷♂️

I love their food and the great kindness they have at this branch, the guy was so nice to ask me if I wanted another cheese option; THEY ARE THE BEST!!
