App doesn’t work
No matter how many times I try this app will not connect to my chair and Iphone remote control was a primary reason for buying this chair go begin with
App not working
App just turns screen gray for 2 seconds then closes. Will not open.
App does not work at all.
Install it, open it, it then just turns your screen darker for 2 seconds and app closes. IOS 13 issue I was told. Poor communication on what is being done to fix.
Please fix connection problems
I like that I can remotely control this chair but I have two problems I’d like the developers to address. 1) The app, more often than not, does not connect to the chair. It is hit or miss. I close the app and reopen it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I will then try closing my iPhone and then restarting it. Sometimes that works and sometimes not. Eventually after 5 minutes of trying it connects. Can you address this? 2) you make a big deal of turning the chair off before transferring, but there is no way to do that remotely.
