No “plan your journey” function
This app is poorly designed. I only downloaded it because the u bus often doesn’t show up in google maps anymore, but this app makes it impossible to see any more than 3 buses ahead. Not fit for purpose.
Tickets won't scan and are dangerous to scan
When scanning the ticket QR code, the app should suppress the wallet card from popping up. The bus drivers are very rude and they don't know how to turn off the card reader and only keep the QR code scanner on. Ive already disabled payment cards from express travel card. If I left it on, a payment would have been made instead of scanning my QR code. This app should be banned until this practice stops.

Just awful.
The app doesn’t open without an internet connection (which is just wonderful for a ticket app used in a city with questionable signal), the user interface is awful, the validity of the ticket seems to run from time of purchase, not from time of activation, and users have been forced to download this as Whippet have wordlessly removed their services from the reliable MyTrip app.

Useful tickets, hopeless timetable
Greatly appreciate being able to purchase tickets in the app and use them on the bus.
The timetable on the app, website, and even the up-to-date signage at bus stops, however, is hopeless: I have countless times arrived at the bus stop for a bus that never appeared, and just now got off a bus that did not run to its final stop (the ‘last stop’ was a full mile away from that on all the signs, and there was no warning that it would not run to the end of the line). This wouldn’t be a problem if that is the plan and passengers could know this through website, app, and signage. It would be immensely helpful to have accurate information available so we can use the bus service and still make essential appointments. Otherwise, the only reliable option is a cab.

Most Useless bus service!!!
You guy should just quit bus service. Huntingdon and Godmanchester communities are suffering because of your incessant cancellations of trips.

God awful app and company. Can’t organise a pray in a mosque. Constantly running late or not running at all.
Mediocre and needs work
This bus company needs to update their app, some of the routes are incorrect and half of their buses are either canceled or the wrong bus for the wrong time. Makes it incredibly inconvenient for those who commute to work and other places. P.S steer clear of the 66 bus.
