Updated the app and lost all my reward points! Looks like they switched to toast and wiped out my bean rewards!
April 2026 Update - loyalty rewards deleted
I got the app upgrade and it removed all my stored beans (the loyalty program). I think I had like 25,000 or something (yes I’m a hoarder, don’t judge me). Now I’ve upgraded my app and they’re gone. Please bring my beans home. They’re alone and scared.

Broken app
No payment system and the gift card purchasing is broken. Basically useless.

First time using the online ordering function through the app, was pretty impressed!
App has bugs
The locations screen freezes and you have to close out the app to get it to work again. Also the app doesn't really differentiate the two Lakewood locations, so be careful! It's easier to just use their website on your browser.

App is fine but it defaults to tipping
I added to order and the app asked me to sign in. When I signed in, the order processed (without taking me to a check out screen), and I notice that a tip had automatically been added without ever giving me the option. This is a dishonest practice.

Great local coffee just got even better with the convenience of ordering ahead with the new mobile app. Not to mention new rewards program as well
Loyalty program
Love this place but for some reason my loyalty rewards won’t work on coffee drinks anymore. I can still use the pre packaged coffee reward, but when I try to order a medium iced coffee the red “apply offers” tab won’t show up at checkout
New update doesn’t let you redeem rewards
I love the app and WRC but It says new loyalty points but this update won’t let you redeem them for mobile orders. It used to pop up in the check out tab now there’s nothing. When I click the reward straight from the loyalty section it just says start order to redeem but that doesn’t work either. How are you supposed to redeem?

Why did you get rid of Apple Pay?
This app is ok. I feel like the menu is great but I hate storing my credit cards on apps. Get Apple Pay back and I’ll buy more product.
Returning customer
I went back to my WR Coffee location on Abrams and Mockingbird today. Decided to run in and get some Breakfast. What a treat. The Ham and Cheese Croissant was bigger and much better than Star Bucks. I also got a Bagel and Cream Cheese which was also very good but not as good as Einstein across the street but not bad. Coffee was great. I really enjoyed returning and I’m going to be a regular going forward. May still get my bagels from Einstein’s. Why don’t you offer a drive up option for Einstein’s? Would benefit you both and also your customer.
Anyway, I’m glad to be back and much friendlier than Starbucks and not to give you any ideas, a much better price. Thanks for being in my neighborhood.

Doesn’t integrate well
Can’t use my stored information on my phone to place order efficiently. I find it very difficult to navigate the menu. Need more sorting options or at least a search tool.
