Trash…show after show
Sign in process is dizzying. Can’t switch from attendee to exhibitor after we booked a booth. When show nears they seem to remove the attendee search function. Never improves
An app well done
The WHX Events app has a lot of very helpful functionality for those step. It allows for easy interaction between visitors, make an appointment and following up after the conference. A great many positive features.
For the most part, quite easy to use. Four stars and not five as still some key features like full company and address details available, some necessary improvements in usability. Looking forward to seeing you next year‘s version.

Too much bugs and lost all my bookmarks
I’ve carefully selected by spending quality time to bookmark my leads which I paid for and everything is lost without any intimation. More worst case- whenever I try to contact customer service for this, the app crashes.
This was actually great when visitors dint have to pay anything. But, When footfall became high and you people decided to charge for visitor access, the quality of the app went down the drain.
Keep it up!
