Я купил подписку за 150р в месяц.
Спустя время переехал в другой город.
Но отписаться теперь не могу. Не впускает в приложение. На сайт тоже теперь не заходит.

После пробного периода за 50 руб. списали без разрешения 249 руб.

Так,ладно, если списали значит должен быть хороший интернет в метро, но не тут то было, он периодами периодически просто не работает или лагает 🤦‍♀️

Здравствуйте! Соединение может быть нестабильным при активной опции автопереключения Wi-Fi/4G. Пожалуйста, проверьте в настройках, активна ли она, и попробуйте отключить на время поездки. Отключить автоплатёж можно либо самостоятельно (через приложение или личный кабинет на сайте wi-fi.ru), либо через обращение на premium@maximatelecom.ru
