Deletes Favorites

Why does it keep deleting my favorites? I had favorites for 6 different games and it slowly started deleting them, one game at a time. Then I put some new ones in a month ago. Last week it said it deleted them. So I put new ones in and today it deleted those too! What is wrong? Why can’t you fix this app correctly?
