Less features… ugh.
I used to have an option for seeing the various programs and picking the one you want. I see no obvious way of switching to that mode. You have to cycle through each program to get to the next. there’s no obvious preference section.

Poor performance of aids and app both
Bought 6 channel aids equal the price of 16 channels other brand and performance too compared to their own model, flash, bought in 2007. On the other side, App is too poor to operate. You can’t see how much is the volume elevated or lowered. No clue which mode of sounds have you chosen. Regretting buying such high end brand with poor performance.

Lautstärke sollte MIT Anzeige sei !!!
Bei einen so teuren Gerät sollte in der App zumindest die Lautstärke mit Anzeige sein.

Pas de mise à jour depuis 2 ans… on aimerait avoir la main sur l’ensemble des possibilités de nos appareils ! Au prix où ils coûtent ça serait la moindre chose! Comme si Apple limitait le nombre d’applications accessibles sans passer par un Appel Store !?! l’indication pour la variation du volume est inexistante… une barre visuel serait appropriée pour mémoriser les zone de confort en fonction des situations… Quelle idée d’empêcher l’application de fonctionner quand on est synchronisé en Bluetooth à un appareil !?! Si j’écoute Deezer ou Music sur mon IPhone … impossible de paramétrer mes appareils auditifs!!! Bravo ?! Que dire du Com dex WIDEX catastrophique… le terme développement est galvaudé !

No longer works, no updates in years
Previously loved it but it no longer seems to work. No updates in years or responses by the developer. It’s a shame. It was a very clever solution to use audio to trigger a response by the device, no Bluetooth required, no extra hardware
Unreliable and unstable
Many time the pairing works only on one of two earring aid(right one)

Basic and not very helpful
You can’t see what program you’re on or even the volume level or whether it’s muted or not. Annoying.

Lautstärke ist beim Wechsel der Modi und beim Start immer auf Mitte gestellt - keine Memory-Funktion
Keine Anzeige der Lautstärke, Nummern von 1-8 oder ein Balken wären besser, um so schnell auf einen persönlich angenehmen und bekannten Wert zu regeln.
Beim Laden (z.B. im Auto) keine Funktion da die App meint, man ist mit einem Audiogerät verbunden.
Ebenso wenn das Handy nur über Bluetooth mit dem Fahrzeug verbunden ist - hier lassen sich die HDO Geräte nicht lauter oder leiser stellen.

Enttäuscht
Ich trage nur 1 Hörgerät. Da bringt mir die App nichts, weil das Gerät eigentlich alles selber macht. Wichtig wäre es, den Batteriestand zu sehen
Bug: No tones generated when pairing
Nothing heard from my iPhone 6s with iOS 13.4.1 even with sound turned up full-blast. Same thing with another iPhone 6s. Found nothing wrong with both phones’ speaker using a test app. However, works with my older iPhone 6 on iOS 12. Strange.
Well that worked
Mums new hearing aids are too quite, thought I’d try this app and much to my surprise it worked and I was able to turn the volume up. Couldn’t get the Bluetooth to pick them up but this app works without Bluetooth so that solved that problem.
Poor
Not useful at all. I had the Moment and that was great for customization, programs, and fine tuning. This app is very disappointing, I had to change to a cross over system, I like that, but I was expecting much much more, thumbs down. Needs serious improvement to be a any value at all.

Cuál es la solución? Por qué no me ha sido posible utilizar el celular con los audífonos.

Limited functions
This app allows me to pair with my iPhone but not my iPad. I only have access to “universal” for programs and I do not see any change with the directional focus - very disappointed. The only function is the volume and mute, not worth the financial investment!
Does what it says, just not what I wanted
This app does what it says. But it is not a substitute for what the Evoke app is supposed to do. No indication of what program you are on, must toggle between programs instead of making it easier to enjoy many programs. Doesn’t tell you what volume you have either. But since the Evoke app does not work yet, this will has to do.

Minimal functionality
Will pair with iPhone and iPad but not at the same time. Depending on which device I’m using, I have to re-pair the hearing aid. Every time. The “back” directional tab doesn’t work. When that direction is pressed, it changes program (eg ‘party’ to ‘universal’).
