Third Party?
Very bad experience. The app does not accurately reflect availability off product. If you have a bad experience with the app and provide their solicited feedback their response is that you are ordering from a third party. They don’t accept accountability. If needing a refund there are hoops to jump through. It is better to order from grubhub or one of those apps.

Cannot even make a login or password keeps saying there is an error
Third time’s a charm - NOT
For the third time in a row the store has screwed up my order and delivered the wrong items and that is enough. You have just lost a loyal customer.

The app is acting weird, I’m able to log in but after the screen goes completely white, it’s been weeks since I’ve been trying to order something and still the same situation!!!

The app is unusable. I don’t know who is in charge here, but you should be fired.

There is no way to get any customer support for the app. If your delivery is messed up, you cannot do anything about it. Also, no discounts with this app at all. It’s like $6 for a hot dog. You’d do better to uber to your local Weinerschnitzel, order the food, and take it home. Terrible. Get it together you guys!

App Broken
When you open app, “choose location “ page flashes on for less than a second, goes to a blank page with Wienerschnitzel logo at top. Hit the back < button, locations page flashes on for a second, then back to blank page. Tried deleting/reinstalling app. No resolution.
Texting a customer for a survey is rude
Email would be fine. Text messages are to get someone’s attention RIGHT NOW. How disrespectful to your customers can you be?!?!

Oder on the app but it delivers through door dash. Charges an additional fee but then puts you at the bottom of the delivery list for the driver. It took 1.5 hours for delivery
online ordering
Be aware when ordering online you have to pick your order inside. The convenience of ordering online you should be able to pick up order thru drive thru. App is deleted now
App DOES NOT work
I love wienerschnitzel, but the app ALWAYS freezes, force closes, or doesn't offer coupons. Very frustrating

Garbage
This app is garbage It doesn’t work and it never has. I don’t understand why businesses bother to make an app when it never works and they don’t bother to fix it. The App Store needs to pull apps like this off the store as they just waste space for legitimate functioning apps. They don’t deserve a star at all but this and other platforms don’t offer a lower rating which they should as these companies don’t deserve a one star rating only a zero.
