Useless information
First of all the app does not send me the verification text message. Secondly, there is no information about the actual rates on the website only marketing lingo about how the new rates are better than the old ones. I do not know what the old ones were and they are not relevant to me anyways. Just wanted to compare rates with other providers….

Absolutely trash customer care
I used this app for years since it was still under the sharenow brand, fee months ago i rented a car through Wigo and unknowingly had a stolen/frozen card still listed on the app. The charge had failed, and instead of calling or texting me (they had my number), they sent two emails over three months—to an old, unused email. No follow-up, no SMS, no call.
Without warning, they passed a tiny unpaid amount (6,000 HUF) to debt collectors who doubled the charge. I only found out after trying to rent again and being locked out of my account. i was told my account will be restored after paying the due fine. I paid the full amount immediately and asked to reactivate my account, but was told it’s permanently suspended due to late payment.
Wigo chose profit over communication. They clearly preferred I miss the payment and get fined than notify me properly. That’s not customer care—that’s predatory practice.

Ha lehetne rosszabb értékelést adnom, megtenném
Az alkalmazás átláthatatlan, az ikonok felugró ablakaiban szinte csak “404 not found” szöveget ad fel, lényegében ha a tankoló kártya egy miliméterrel is arrébb van, nem zár a kocsi, de nem írja ki a problémát, szimplán mondja, hogy ellenőrizd jó helyen állsz-e. Indokolatlanul gyenge lett a dizájn, illetve az applikáció a Share Now-hoz képest. Lényegében a Temu-s verziója… szégyen mekkora csalódás….

The application works fine. But I wouldn’t recommend it. The company make wigo car users pay for the cars’ older problems. They don’t have any respect towards their cars’ users.
