Be careful about their return policy
They claim that you have 15 days to cancel your lessons package, but they conveniently forgot to mention that there’s a 7.5% transaction processing fee for cancellations. In my opinion, that’s outright fraud.
I purchased a 20-lesson package and wanted to reduce it to 10 lessons. I contacted Wiingy’s customer service, and a lady persuaded me to try a few lessons first and then decide if I wanted to change my package. However, according to their policy, once you start a lesson, you can’t request a refund. She was lying on my face!
I initially filed a dispute with my bank, but I later canceled it because I do like my tutor. So, I decided to stick with the 20-lesson package. But I’m not happy with this platform

Stupid system
You try to schedule a lesson, get 40 different emails and a bunch of texts, finally get to the time to start your appointment, and then you don’t even meet with your tutor and instead get some random person complaining. Save your money and read a book.

Danielle is amazing. I am an older student my motivation and taking this music class was to learn to sing so I could do karaoke without being embarrassed, lol I do love music. I think it's the breath of life. Taking music lessons from her had increased my motivation to learn to sing. Danielle gives feedback in a very positive way and encourages me to keep learning. Initially, I thought I might only take four lessons, now I'm thinking of taking 20. Because I do really want to sing well.

Experience
Had a nice experience using this platform. Was simple and easy to navigate. I took lessons via video chat and had a lot to learn and take away that I found helpful. I did not use many of the in app features beside scheduling. Overall a solid app to help find tutors for your music/singing needs.

Aggressive Sales
The sales techniques are beyond aggressive. They call me from new number everyday, lie about the tutors that are available and re-route you to India-based tutors and they are very rude. Terrible service. Only good thing is the tutors, but even they’re so restricted in how they teach because Wiingy secretly watches every lesson. Insane company, stay away. They won’t refund me either

Terrible scammy Company
They used a bait and switch tactic to get business. I signed up for tutoring on SUPER PROF (where they had created a fake account using AI). When I went to my free consult, the tutor i signed up for was mysteriously unavailable and they had me transfer over to their app. But they didn’t reveal that this was a completely different company until AFTER they had taken payment. I asked to purchase 12 classes as a ONE time payment, and instead they signed me up for a monthly billing cycle. When I got charged a 2nd time, they denied my refund. Then told me in order to get a refund, I needed to purchase another month. Total scammy and gross behavior. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and I won’t be using them again. (My tutor was great but the management was terrible).

I needed a tutor for an urban design masterplan project I was doing for university. The tutor that Wiingy found was very knowledgeable with a range of design software. She was very patient and I enjoyed learning new skills at a pace that wasn’t too overwhelming.
SCAM ALERT! BEWARE
SCAM ALERT! BEWARE. Their tutor found me on a different platform. Scheduled me, canceled me, rescheduled me with a different tutor, then got me to move to this platform. Pay money, scheduled. My tutor didn’t show up and continue to refuse to refund my money even in the first week where they supposedly allow refunds.

The tutors are really good and nice however the people who call constantly the wiingi staff(NOT THE TUTOR) are rude and disrespectful and when telling them you won’t be returning for personal reasons, they don’t listen
