Needs a some updates IPad
The app is ok ish but as a couple of problems mainly when viewing video back , it will not rotate to horizontal and if you try to zoom in you can only get the centre of the video it will not allow you to move around , couple of treaks could be it keep your last setup so when you open the app it opens with not having to change the view every time

Stopped working on iPad and iPhone when os was updated
Refuses to connect now that operating system has updated on the Apple products. Luckily I have an old iPad with an old operating system that still connects.

Functional. Poor connectivity and terrible image and video downloading.
Upgrade connection issues can be fixed!
After updating app, it wouldn’t connect. I followed instruction on camera for tech support an got immediate response on how to fix. Basics needed to remove and upload camera app. Worked perfect . I’m happy with the camera images, just wish it would be a bit quicker to capture movement. I end up getting the animal on the way out of the frame.

Synchro stop working
I was a very happy customer for 3 years, but with the last update since a couple of months it is not working any more the synchro with the phone , I can watch the pics only on the camera
Needs work
This app barely works. When I open it, it invariably jumps to a view screen that has no back arrow or exit option. It’s the worst app I have encountered.
Appalling app and wish I’d not bought the camera
Have wasted so much time trying to connect to the camera! Occasionally it works but then the next time I try, nothing. And yes, I’ve followed the instructions. Asked for help and was told to send an email with a photo of where I’d sited the camera which was nothing to do with the lack of connectivity! Very disappointing. Do not buy the the camera.

Easy to connect to iPhone and view/save/delete images. Easy to change camera settings and to format SD card from the app. Very pleased.

No longer connects to the wifi
I have been using this software with my NatureSpy Helarctos Solar Trail for over two years, but the recent update has made connection to WiFi endlessly slow, and often doesn’t connect. No longer able to access the photos or video remotely at all now, requiring me to remove the SD card to do so. Was the aim to obsolescence perfectly workable hardware?

Unreliable and frustrating
The app does not connect the camera to the phone - well I lie - it did it once, now? Never. What a waste of time. Made in china - very expensive - with an app that doesnt work - why on earth would I have expected anything else?
Is there another app that will connect to the camera so I can swap to something that is at least 50% effective? That’d be a no then.

VOOPEAK camera solution
We have 8 VOOPEAK cameras and used this Wildlife Cam app for 2+ years with little issue but the last update caused significant issues. We contacted VOOPEAK and they instructed us to uninstall all and reinstall and our issues were resolved. VOOPEAK customer service was very helpful. Wildlife Cam support non-existent

App Broken But No Way to Report
Latest update a week ago now times out after 10s when trying to connect camera, so camera never wakes up (normally it takes 30-60s, and the timeout counter counts from 60, but stops at 51s and says timed out). No way of reporting problem unless you can understand Chinese website.
Stopped Working
This app has worked fine with my trail camera for years. After the last app update, it won't connect to my camera. Please fix it!
Update has broken Wi-Fi
The recent update has now broken the ability to connect via Wi-Fi. No way to roll back - very disappointed.
Very poor
App is very poor. The only way i can connect my camera is to delete the app completely and reinstall. It then works for a short time but next day it will fail to connect with all the usual advisory messages. Delete and reinstall - works again. And so on …
