Le service client est mediocre jai reactiver un numero win esim je met le pin le puk ca marche pas jai contacté le servuce client et sa fait 72h que jattend que sa ce regle du coup jai pris un autre numero chez un autre opérateur et j’ai abonné les réclamation, ils vont rien faire c pas la première fois que je galère avec leurs service client par contre orange ont un système Francais leurs service est beaucoup plus mieux

Worst experience after years of doing good.
Customer service representative only take your information and relay the message to where they think it should be relayed. I’ve activated an eSIM service and it’s been 4 days and my order in my account is still processing. I’ve asked for an escalation and for technical support to activate my sim that has no service from the provider. No one has corresponded. Only messages stating your request has been received we will address this issue as soon as possible. Going on to 5 days and when I recontact customer service they say : you have a request already , you will be contacted when it’s resolved.

Bad update
Recent update rendered the app useless, errors loading content all over the place. Do you not test your stuff before shipping? And worst of all the issue is still there for over a week now!

I consumed my plan and I bought a pass on the app of 10GB for 50dhs, and I didn't get anything although I paid and the invoice says that the transaction was processed successfully.
I wanted to contact support and nothing + I went to an a local inwi agency and they told me we have no relation with Win by Inwi, you can only contact them on the Win app, which is not working.

Choice of payment date & plan starting date
I am a inwi win customer, i would like to have a choice of payment date and choice of data plan starting date whenever i want to, of course i need to give you advance notice.
Second thing, i ought to have a account freeze option too for max 3 or 6 month so i can come back to inwi win after my holidays,instead of paying for nothing when i am not using my mobile.

J’ai un abonnement avec réseaux sociaux illimité même après épuisement des Go. Mais ça n’a jamais fonctionné. Aucune réponse après plusieurs appel au près du service client. Et pour résilier et conserver mon numéro faut faire des pieds et des mains. Par conte quand il s’agit de suspendre l’abonnement à échéance vous êtes très réactifs. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT WIN BY INWI. a moins que vous ailliez de l’argent à jeter par la fenêtre
