Can’t transfer from iPhone to Lenovo yoga 9i

Other than calling, everything else works when I try to make a phone call and transfer it to the laptop so I can speak from the laptop or connect to a headset that I’m connected to the laptop with it doesn’t work. It doesn’t even let me transfer the call to just the laptop can anyone recommend a fix?

Potential is there

After only two file transfers, the option to right-click and select send to device no longer worked on pc. As far as the app, the app does not show up often as a means to transfer files without additional looking or manually doing so.

Messages typed from my laptop is 50/50 if it will go through to my phone. Group text threads are seen as individual texts on pc, not good.
