Not accessible with large print…app always freezes and can’t access the paper….

I don’t find that the app supports large accessible font and the app often freezes. Not able to access the digital paper.

Windsor Star

Easy to read format. Everything from the paper is on line .

Sports section

The sports section is a joke. I’ve read newspapers from cities half the size of Windsor that have a more comprehensive sports section. No schedules, no box scores, no TV/radio schedules. Poor and untimely reporting on game results. Give the readers what they want, not what you want to give them.
I ent be renewing my subscription unless drastic changes are made.

Monday Paper

I miss not being able to read a paper on Mondays

I miss not being able to make the print much larger

I enjoy your editorial page and reading the comments

The Windsor Star

Good news often finds itself on the front page an uplifting way to start the morning!

Excellent factual reporting covering a wide range of local topics including environmental, educational, religious, charitable work, political and stories of local heroes whose diverse talents have provided service for the common good.

Also, the opinion section that represents diverse points of view is appreciated - differences increase possibilities to make this world a better place and this is the best place to express it.

Long ago my father asked for financial markets to be covered and the editor listened. The amount of global coverage is perfect in my opinion.

The Windsor Star has given a voice to our area keeping residents informed beyond bias and issues highlighted by social media.

We receive both the paper edition and have the app installed on two tablets.

We have never met the people who deliver our newspaper so early in the morning but they have been done an excellent job no matter the weather and are appreciated. Please let them know!

The pressures on local papers is increasingly apparent. I can only hope it can stay the course for future generations. Sometimes you cannot appreciate what you have, until it is gone.

Commend your staff for a job well done!!

New format

The recent changes showing the complete page along the bottom of the screen are really annoying. They take too much of the page I’m reading. Please revert back to the previous format, just print the title of the page.
Sometimes changes are NOT for the better.

Monday

Why is there no paper on Monday? Please bring it back!!

Not Opening

Has not worked since 3-02-22

Why can’t I download issues from the day before if I forgot to download the day before???

Constantly losing issues I’ve downloaded from the day before. Can’t download the next day if I forget to download the day it was printed. I’m paying for it! Poor business practice.

Stale news

Although a highly regarded publication, I am annoyed by the absence of Monday’s paper. The Tuesday edition usually contains stale news, sometimes several days old. Also, too much Covid crap and little else.

Love the Windsor Star

I wish they would restore the Monday edition! Love reading Ms. Jarvis.

To much advertising

Not enough local news. Web site very slow to respond

Site always has problem downloading paper.

Always trouble downloading from site. Frustrating! I was trying out ePaper but may go back to paper version if site is so unreliable.

Please download automatically

Nice to avoid physical paper. No need to recycle.
Globe and Mail downloads automatically. Windsor Star does not. Sometimes difficult to determine the date associated with a story.

Excellent

Love it. Thanks

Mondays

No Monday paper is frustrating , bring it back

News paper delivery

No paper delivered today and no paper last Tuesday so I'm going to be canceling the Windsor Star since the best they can do is give me the paper the next day. Just what my family wants an old paper. I know this is the ePaper but I guess I'm not going to be receiving this either once I cancel.

Monday delivery

I don't mind not having no hand held paper on Monday, why can't there be an e paper on that day I know we can go on line, and I have but I find mostly adds, video that are trying to sell something. I feel if you put it on line why not on E PAPER?

Monday

I wish you would bring back the Monday edition because there are events happening on the weekend that I would like to read up on and not on Tuesday only a suggestion
