Convenient but still $
Had to stop delivery of the physical paper because of the cost. Decided to try electronic only, cheaper and still reading the local paper. The cost seems to still keep increasing some but alternative is too $. Eventually may have to cancel electronic also?

I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get my EPaper back on line, I have informed customer service of my new visa number …..they say they made the change, but the payment has not appeared on my visa account and I am still not getting my EPaper. I don’t know what else to do to get this resolved. Can someone help?

Not accessible with large print…app always freezes and can’t access the paper….
I don’t find that the app supports large accessible font and the app often freezes. Not able to access the digital paper.

Easy to read format. Everything from the paper is on line .
Sports section
The sports section is a joke. I’ve read newspapers from cities half the size of Windsor that have a more comprehensive sports section. No schedules, no box scores, no TV/radio schedules. Poor and untimely reporting on game results. Give the readers what they want, not what you want to give them.
