ردكم آلي وغير صحيح! تذكرة الذهاب استقطعتم منها ولم ترجع كاملة، وتذكرة العودة تظهر "Cancelled" (ملغاة) في نظامكم وليست No-Show. لدي إيميلات رسمية تثبت متابعتي وإلغاء الرحلات قبل موعدها بأيام ومسجل بها شكاوى رسمية.
Your reply is automated and false! Outbound was not fully refunded, and the inbound flight shows "Cancelled" in your system, not a No-Show. I have official emails proving early follow-up and cancellations before the flight date.

Horrible customer service

They charged me for something called prime which I never asked for. When trying to request a refund they just ended the chat! Be careful dealing with this company!
