The last time, six days ago, they told me that someone named Turki would look into the issue and asked me to give them some time. Since then, I have not received any message or update.
At this point, it feels like they are only doing this to prevent me from posting my review and sharing my experience on the app. As for actually resolving the issue and processing my refund, I honestly feel that it is just empty promises.
They keep asking me not to post reviews and to be patient, but it seems like the goal is simply to make me forget about the issue, lose hope, and give up on getting my money back. Unfortunately, many other customers seem to be experiencing the same problem.
