App is trash
Food is good, service is good, don’t bother wasting time with the app and just call or dine in
app sucks
this app sucks. so does the website. i have an account, it won’t send me the link to reset password. it made me create a new account but somehow that doesn’t work either. app stays stuck on loading screen and reroutes to login. i type the correct password it still says wrong password. never sends reset link, just goes in circles

Love Wing and Rings
Love the food here. Portion size is great, great atmosphere. When we sit in the restaurant the waiters and waitresses are always amazing.
Website difficulties
The website is difficult to use due to the log in information. When making my account, there was a mis-spelling on my email and after my phone number made it difficult to check out. So I had to check out as a guest which is very frustrating when I had to get signed up to check out to start with according to the app.

I don't know, maybe I'm just hungry and that brings out the inner frustration I have with the app. 😅
But yeah, the people who code/design/have jobs that can pay bills are lacking at least with the IOS app.
Instead of telling me I cant order food for pick-upoff the bat, why would I want to pre order food for another day like that's common? Does that make sense that when I'm on an order now screen I should probably be in a separate category hard to reach because I don't understand how dumb of an idea it was to have a calendar selection screen as an immediate feature not even a catering order. "Dang, I cant order anything today, but it preselected tomorrow for me. Well I will be hungry at some point tomorrow, I guess I'll save the date for 15 chicken wings. 🤡"
Auto password/username fill is junk programmed, in features are very poor and hard to come back to, do your job and fix it because its not up to par at all.
Restaurant and whoever supplies the company is top notch I love Wings and Rings and you guys are a stellar wing place, Gotta shoutout the front lines too, fix your app

Can’t log in to order
Got logged out, signed back in with Apple like before, says I need to put phone number, I put said phone number, says it’s been used before (duh by me) and won’t let me exit the screen to order. I’ve never had issues with a food ordering app like this this is definitely a software mishap that hasn’t been fixed. Don’t take my money then🤷♂️

Can’t Log On
Apparently, I’ve left a review before, so I’ll try it again. The application updated and naturally It’s signed me out due to its new format. And like before, I can’t sign in because apparently I don’t know my old password. And whenever I try to forget my password, it refuses to send to my email. I waited five minutes for nothing to show up.. You really need to fix this function.

Doesn’t allow to pay from apple wallet all though it’s listed as an option.
Payment Issues
After update Apple Pay does not work and I don’t have any setting turned on to block it. I’ve always used Apple Pay before the recent update.

Love the food and the service here, but the picture quality of the TVs in the dining room are getting so bad that they’re almost unwatchable.

Our local Wings and Rings is always a great place to go and relax along with watching games. Staff is always so friendly and the app gives us coupons and rewards!

Decided to drive an extra 10 miles and past the Union location to go to the Crestview store. Great decision because the food was hot and the service was AMAZING!
