Driver never showed up, support sucks
Scheduled a pickup for my girlfriend for a red eye flight that landed at 3:30am. The driver never showed up and I haven’t gotten a response back from support after 3 days when asking for a refund. My girlfriend ended up just calling an Uber black for less money.
No Drivers Available
First time trying to use this service, 5 hours after booking I get a notification that no drivers are available, my booking has been cancelled, and I have to wait over a week for a refund. Deleting this useless app.

Current bookings never show
App is funky. If you want to see current bookings you have to go to past bookings, refresh, then go back to current bookings. Website is worse but this review is just for the app.
Not able to book. No support
I tried to book a ride to the San Diego airport and was able to create the booking and was immediately billed, but then no drivers confirmed the ride after over 24h. I emailed tech support 2x but no response. I finally had to cancel the booking. I was thankfully refunded, but am disappointed in the lack of support response.

Criminals
The app is hard to use. Rides are over priced and after that the driver never showed up. Communication is bad and i was not even reimbursed for the ride i never received! This is rediculase. Do not download. Id give 0 stars if i could
Horrible ride share service
They will cancel on you last minute again and again. Do not trust them if it is an important ride. I deleted the app. Horrible company, when I tried to provide feedback I was told “we have no managers” and if yeehaw cancel on you then it’s not our problem

Tried to book a ride from Seattle airport. Got a random http 400 error message which wasn’t even formatted correctly
Favorite driver selection kicks you out of app
Frustrating endless circle of signing in and getting punched out when I try to book a ride with a favorite driver. The app presents a screen which looks like a browser window because it even includes a link to download the app. Dum. Have to book from the normal map page and leave it up to the universe to connect me to my favorite driver. Dum.

Don’t trust this unreliable company
I booked a ride home from the airport 3 days in advance, and this joke of a business still couldn’t find a driver. Don’t trust this service with your travel needs unless you enjoy being left to scramble at the last minute and overpay for an Uber anyways
Not Dependable
Booked a ride from the airport to my house, 15 minute drive, a full 24 hours in advance. They waited until we landed and cancelled the booking. Uber and Lyft don’t carry car seats so my family got stuck at the airport. Highly recommend avoiding Wingz.
Confirmed ride cancelled last minute by Wingz
We booked with Wingz weeks ahead and got confirmations. One ride ended up being canceled by Wingz while we were on the flight. We arrived at SFO late night with no driver to be seen. Another ride we booked for my parents had a last minute driver switch so all the information they had from the confirmation was wrong. All these changes happen on the day of travel while we were in the air. Very disappointed and it’s a frustrating experience.

Great down to earth ride company
Thanks so much to my driver Felix and to Katie on the Wingz Support Team for helping me modify my arranged ride to the airport. They were both so friendly and helpful, I appreciate the quick and efficient support. Highly recommend Wingz! Great prices too.
Couldn’t Schedule a Ride
On Sunday morning I requested a ride to a medical appointment on Tuesday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation so gave it until 1PM on Monday before contacting customer service by email. Quickly got a response from Jasmine who basically told me that my request would stay active until 60 minutes prior to the pick up time unless I canceled it.
So, yes, I canceled it and made arrangements with a local taxi company. More expensive but I’ll not be stressing out wondering if a Wingz driver is going to be picking me up.
Will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Unreliable especially if booking with children
We pre-booked weeks in advance to get a car with car seats when returning from an international flight at airport. They were a no-show and when we called they said it'd be another hour.

Only app I use for flights!
Been a customer since they launched in Portland. So glad they survived the pandemic because I literally never want to use any other ride share app - especially for travel!! Wingz is the best and Davinder is the best driver in Portland!
