Completely Unusable
This is the worst app that I have ever used. Checking an item in your list to mark it purchased causes the entire list to disappear and “You are hiding” to be displayed overlaid in the search field. It does this whether or not I have “hide checked items” selected or not. Also, scrolling to the bottom of my list frequently causes it to spring back to the top of the list, making it impossible to ever see the bottom of the list. When sorting by aisle, it sometimes shows things in wacky locations (like showing aloe vera juice as being on the wine aisle, which it isn’t).
The app is completely unusable as it is . I am using the latest version of the app and the latest version of iOS, which is 26.5.2 as of the time of this review.

Not good
I think they may be the worst app I use. When I type in the search bar for items, it has zero results and just suggests I add the word I typed to my shopping list. And I am using generic and specific items, neither has results. The barcode scanner is also hit or miss. I like all the extra coupons in the app, I just wish it work properly.

Not easy
Broken. Glitchy. Unusable.
Locks up when making a list. Unresponsive. Then loads cart with a multiple items you tried clicking When using list, list constantly glitches and reloads and auto scrolls. Garbage.
Super glitchy
I switched from Publix to Winn Dixie a little over a year ago. Prices are great, but their apps is so buggy. Issues with scrolling through shopping list, it keeps resetting so you can’t even get through it. My recommendation to the devs here, go look at the Publix app. It’s actually quite useful/good. Yours is just bad.

Unusable
Just downloaded and made an account and literally nothing works. I can’t type in the search bar, can’t add a favorite store, nothing. It freezes almost instantly and I have to quit the app.
Terrible search engine
I tried searching for an item and got more than 50 items. However only 3 were related to my search. The others weren’t even close.
One Example: searched for frozen okra and got lots of cat food items. Really?????

FIX YOUR STUPID APP! It’s USELESS! Can’t add or remove items from the list, can’t really do ANYTHING!

App will not allow me to make a shopping list even though there is a section to do so there is always a error when trying to create a list
No longer works
Stopped working with last update. All lists disappeared. Can’t create new ones - error message. Can’t search for items - nothing comes up. Digital coupons that the weekly ad says there should be simply aren’t consistently there (some are avail, some aren’t. This app is useless as is, please fix!
What happened to list function???
They keep ‘upgrading’ this app & while some improvements are noted…sadly they mess up prior functioning aspects. Making a list has not been functioning for at least a week. I’ve called customer service 2x and each time (several days apart) been told it is a known issue, given a supposed work around - which so far is useless. Hire some programmers from Publix! They seem to know what they are doing.

Old coupon issue
Old coupon that expired on 5/29 will not go away.
It just doesn’t work….
I used to love this app! I can’t search any items anymore. It takes me to the list and then won’t allow me to make a list name.
Can’t create list
When this app works, it’s great. More often than not, there are unexpected glitches. I’ve used it weekly for several years. Today, I went to create a new weekly shopping list, entered the list name (usually the date when the weekend sale begins), tapped save, and received an error message stating there is a 64 character max limit. I was nowhere near the limit. Logged off and logged in again to no avail. Frustrating beyond words.

Hasn’t Worked Properly
Since the new app format I am unable to create my shopping list from the ad, open my shopping list and select items from the ad to add onto my shopping list. It doesn’t respond when I select an item by adding it to my shopping list. I am very frustrated because I like to use the app to browse the ad and create my shopping lists. I tried uninstalling the ap but it still doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad. HELP PLEASE

My shopping list has vanished
Another issue, seems like there is one a week!! My shopping list vanished and your useless app won’t let me create a new one. Please put more effort into providing a better tool, at least make it work to your customers expectations
Weekly ad doesn’t load
This has been going on for months!!!!
Wonky App
Worst app of all the grocery store apps. It keeps crashing, & when you check off something on your list, it unchecks it & puts it back in the unobtained items. It won’t add items to the shopping list when you check them off to be added. And when you opt for reward points to be added, the app does not add them when you make pay for your groceries. I don’t understand why they can’t make the app function more smoothly. It’s extremely frustrating to use.

Ad on app
Weekly ad is not what it should be. Prices need to be posted and accessing the ad doest work 4 out of 5 times. Opens in liquor and cant get to grocery ad - bring back paper ads. Seniors are not all internet savvy!!!
